Q: I want to use this for inside a cabinet on particle board. Should I get this box or the spray version? thanks

Control is not necessary in a confined space like the inside of a cabinet. You want reach, extent, and wild overspray. Get spray paint. It has greater reach because the spray goes farther than the end of a paintbrush. It has wider coverage per stroke compared to the three or four inches a paintbrush offers. You might need more coats when spraying but every coat cures/dries faster than brushed paint does. Spray paint can cover parts of a cabinet's interior that are very hard to see unless you like lying on your back with your head inside a half-painted wooden chamber. The so-called shotgun approach achieved with spray paint is imprecise, but in this case, that's a valuable feature rather than an inconvenient "bug" in the system. Overspray is more coverage.

Q: Cat urine stained old white oak floors. professionally sanded down, re-stained, resealed, still smells. can we put this over top w/o re-sanding again?

I used it to cover a urine soaked wood floor and it was absolutely fine afterwards but the product that I bought from Amazon was not up to standards. It was lumpy I couldn’t blend it very well I would not recommend buying this from Amazon I would buy it from a box chain store work very well for me

Q: Can I use this on concrete and then put ceramic tile over it?

This would be much easier to control than a spray
