Good but In my point of view NOT for Beginners
Detailed... But language used in this book is Pro level. If you are a beginner, you may get it tough. But overall a good, well explained book.I have cleared the State PSC and now preparing for UPSC...so this book served my purpose in preparing to that LEVEL

"THE BEST"
It doesn't really matter if one is preparing for UPSC CSE or other PSC examinations. Studying the history of our country should be the real motive.I have started with the first chapter of the book and will surely share about the content as I proceed.1. Comes with a big mind-mapping chart which is going to be very helpful for revision.2. Starts with the syllabus of the exam, detailed analysis of PYQs, proper division of syllabus in a detailed form and ends with PYQs MCQ type questions and answers so that one can test themselves.3. Excellent font size, colour coding, printing and binding.

Concise , relevant and easy to revise
Complete syllabus has been covered in a lucid way and yet without fluff making it an easy to compete book in 3-4 days flat . Another advantage is parallel coverage of world history syllabus for mains . Finally , there is no need to make notes of this book as it is already given in 8 large charts . These cover complete notes for the book and can be revised in 2-3 hours flat . An amazing time saver .
