I purchased these orange pills for my tea mixture. They have a great flavor and smell to them. They add to the color of the tea as well. Would definitely recommend for those that like a citrus Flavor

I am using it in baking scones and the flavor is strong but flavorful. It pairs well with blueberries. A little bit goes a long way. I am happy with this purchase.

Tastes just a bit like it has the pith in it as well as the zest, so it is a tiny bit bitter. But mostly it has a really Good Lemon flavor. It will be fine for cooking and baking. Very glad I got it.

I received the product and tried it in two items (a cheesecake and my oatmeal). There was no orange taste, and the product seemed had a texture similar to sawdust. Based on the company's indication that "we will work with you until you are satisfied," I called their office. The person indicated that they cannot accept a return because the package has been opened, and no refund would be permitted. I Indicated that I opened the product to find that their claims ("Take your culinary creations to a whole new level of mouthwatering goodness" and "We know that these ingredients are all about flavor" and "Its Delish products allow those seeking a gourmet experience to acquire inexpensive products without compromising the taste, flavor, and quality" and that the product has a "STRONG FLAVOR") were not true. I requested that the company remove the claims about flavor and service from their Amazon pages, so that customers would not be misled. This may be the most disappointing product I have ever purchased on Amazon.

I couldn’t wait to open and get a sniff of spice but disappointed that it had no smell. Mine I make from fresh peels smells amazing.I actually used it for the first time today in some bread. I’m hoping baking brings out the flavor/aroma.
