From product to customer service, FIVE STARS
I bought this back in December as Christmas gift for my teen, it shipped quickly and I was excited it would be here before the proposed date however it never arrived even though it said delivered, this company has Top tier customer service skills, they sent another that arrived within days of my message.It is currently March 15th, this fridge/freezer combo is just as great as it looks, I think it's better than my kitchen fridge. The ice cream stays frozen, the drinks stay cool everything it's supposed to do it does. I'm convinced I need to buy a new fridge for my kitchen after seeing how this one performs, there's no leakage. The size is perfect my son has it in his room, which is why I am not attaching photos.

Freezer works well, overall quality purchase
Bought this for my mom's apartment in a senior living community and it works great for her. She can put ice cream in the freezer and her drinks in the fridge and everything fits well.

The media could not be loaded. Makes the most god awful noises 24/7 but now I don’t have time to get a replacement.

It's a Beautiful small Fridge
I received my red little fridge yesterday the 29th of November. I needed that fridge in my room because the big refrigerator in the kitchen it's too small for the whole family. When I buy some personal stuff the kids use them all the time (my kids and my niece and my sister ) . I did read all the reviews and I realized I should buy this one . They are 2 people who weren't happy about their purchases, I took my chance anyway. I will wait to see how the result will be after 3,4,5 months and more . I plugged it after 1 hour ,it's still working perfectly well. I'm grateful for God for allow me to have money to buy it . It wasn't easy for me .

Great mini refrigerator with separate freezer.
We purchased this so I didn't need to go upstairs to get things while my wife was away. The space in the refrigerator, and freezer is more than we expected. The freezer is great for anything, because it keeps ice packs frozen solid. The customer service is great, but you need to talk to Amazon customer service to get in touch with them. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a refrigerator for a smaller space.
