Super white chocolate and smooth
I had a short notice order and was hoping for it to come in time. Seller shipped right away. It was delivered at a perfect time. I loved the super white color. It was exactly what I needed. Melted beautifully although I did have to add coconut oil to get the super smooth drip. It had a reasonable best by date on chocolate. I definitely have time to use the whole bag before then. I recommend this seller. If I'm ever need more chocolate within a week, I will buy again.

Don’t Purchase!
I never make reviews but I am compelled to write this one to warn others! Don’t buy this chocolate! I make chocolate covered strawberries often with Merckens chocolate, I have never had any issues. This chocolate did not melt right at all!! It was thick, clumpy and just an all around mess! I lost out on my orders for Valentine’s Day! Please don’t waste your money!

Perfect!!!
I used these to make treats for my baby shower. It was my first time using chocolate melts and it was so easy to use. The 5 pounds was enough to make around 60+ treats. All my guests LOVED them and even asked me to make some for their events. The flavor was so good. Melts perfectly in the microwave, it's smooth, and dries quick in the freezer. Definitely buy this brand!

Gat tasting, easy to use
The flavor was excellent, I was very impressed with the shipping. Living in a very hot area I was definitely concerned about them melting. But they were packaged with so much care, insulated and kept cool!

Well stored high quality melting wafers
Technically, this is not white chocolate (bag is marked as "Super White Chocolate") as there's no cocoa butter in it. Very effective mixing it with chocolates for a crockpot candy recipe. Flavor is mild, doesn't interfere with the other chocolates. Sets quite well, good money for quantity and quality.

Arrive melted and a solid block
I love merckens. This was a first for me that it arrived melted together in a solid block. I just broke it all up into smaller pieces and used it but still unfortunate. Usual merckens taste was great. They did ship it with an ice bag but that was also melted. Maybe they need multiple ice packs and faster shipping
