🌟 Elevate your garden and plate with the chic crunch of Jerusalem Artichokes!
These 5 Jerusalem Artichoke tubers, also known as Sunchokes or Sunroots, offer a unique planting and eating experience. Raw, they deliver a nutty, sweet crunch reminiscent of chestnuts and sunflower seeds; cooked, they transform into a creamy, mild-flavored vegetable akin to artichoke hearts. Belonging to the sunflower family, they are a sustainable, nutrient-rich addition to any garden or kitchen.

Fresh and juicy! Ready to plant!
Package arrived promptly! The bulbs were nice and firm, still juicy, with eyes already poking out eager for growth! I have ordered bulbs from other sources, and many of them arrived dried or shriveled, so I was very pleased with how fresh these were. Cute packaging too, with step-by-step how to's for planting. Can't wait to see what they do! Thnak you!

Strong plants, beautiful flowers.
I received these in late September. I planted 6 tubers in a pile of mulch in early October, zone 4 and they stayed dormant until spring. They all came up in the spring and grew quickly. The bees love them but so do the deer, so I had to put a net around them. This is my first exposure to Jerusalem Artichokes and I’m happy with the quality of the tubers, the strong plant growth and their beautiful flowers.

BOUGHT 30 TUBERS. NONE SPROUTED | NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought 30 tubers from this company over the span of 1 months time. As soon as they arrived in the mail in October I planted them as instructed. I followed all the direction in the package insert. Not one has sprouted and all have rotted in the ground. I've contacted the company several times and they will not respond.I contacted Amazon customer service and they will not refund unless I send the tubers back. They're rotten and virtual dirt at this point. I wouldn't do the company the disservice of sending dirt in a box.Very sketchy business with no contact info.

These did well in the garden and are now established.
I bought two packages of tubers last spring. They took off and are now established well. This year I will harvest and replant some. Nothing better than an invasive, hard to kill food source!! I do suggest either an isolated corner of your property, or grown in containers to control spread.

Ate one, planted the rest!
Not paid for this but we were so excited about these we wanted to review them.First, the packaging. Great job! Black package, some shavings inside to keep moisture in control, and wrapped really well for protection. They're tubers so they don't need too much protection but they still took good care of them. Once they were shipped they got here quickly and they weren't melted from this horrible heat we're having. Texas hasn't let up on us or given us clouds in our area so I appreciate the packaging and shipping. We ate one and it was delicious, similar in texture to a potato. Like I said, we've been wanting to grow these for a while but no one had them in stock so we were excited to try it. We sauteed it in butter. Tastes like a savory potato with a little lemon zest? Closest I could describe for you with my palate. We planted a couple where the cows and chickens can't get to them in the yard and put the others in the yard. One had already sprouted during shipping! We've been watering them and they're already doing great. The nice thing about these is they should be able to endure it if the summer is like this next year too. Very glad I got these.
