I am a 75 yr. old senior who had a sports related ACL/ Meniscus repair about 16 yrs ago. Then I decided to take an air step the other day and fell a few porch steps to the cement sidewalk and fractured that old wheel. I have two of these wonderful gel packs to rotate on my knee. Cool, soothing, helps with swelling and edema on my bad knee. Raise my leg and wrap easy velcro straps around gel pack. Coolness lasts just under an hour. Hey if I did not already have two I'd get another.

I ordered this for my husband after his total knee replacement. It's very useful and helped him in his recovery. The ice pace is frozen but is still soft and pliable. The straps help keep it in place. Great product! I recommend it for anyone who had any kind of knee surgery

Great for ice wrap. I bought another pad to go around the back so I could have a complete cold wrap at the same time (the ad picture is misleading - it doesn't wrap all the way around). Doesn't stay cold terribly long. My towels are a bit too thick to let the cold get through, so I apply with leggings or yoga pants...definitely sweats and gets clothing wet. With these modifications, it's definitely better than traditional ice packs and much more effective.

I just had a knee replacement and these gels are so easy to use!At first, I was going to get some kind of ice machine like the old days boy we come along way baby. I highly recommend these.!!!

my son recently lost his leg above the knee from a motorcycle accident. Ice therapy has been a big help for him, but keeping an ice pack in place has been a problem. This wrap solved that problem. He can strap it on and know it will stay in place even when he's shifting around to find a more comfortable position. Thank you so much for a great product!

The very first impression was not great - the wrap I received was obviously returned by someone else. Gross. Taking a health risk, I kept it anyway. Maybe I did not read the fine print, but all of the photos for this wrap show it deceptively wrapping around the knee. It doesn't. It might go two-thirds of the way around, and I have skinny legs. So word to the wise: if you are going to buy one of these wraps, buy the larger size. Securing the wrap tightly around your knee is a fiddly affair, and takes longer than it should. It's just poorly designed. Once the wrap is in place, it works pretty well, giving about a half hour of cold compression. I would return this, but the hassle to price ratio for a 20 dollar item is not worth the effort. On the other hand, it was 20 bucks, and you get what you pay for.

My husband recently had knee surgery and uses this ice pack daily. It wraps around the knee comfortably and stays in place with the velcro straps. It stays cold for a long time and folds easily and compactly for refreezing. I definitely would buy this again and would recommend it to my family and friends.

I like the size of this product and that I can wrap it around my knee.Haven't come across a dislike yet.
