This particular form is not updated. No surprise, CA has changed it 4 times in the last two years.
The package does have a “California” version included. It isn’t a bad form it just isn’t complete. It helped me get started though.

Very Disapointed
I expected English & Spanish versions. Nope just one agreement. For English. Also I purchased the book Leases & Rental agreements By Nolo (11th Edition) & unknowingly had the month to month rental agreement in both Languages east to tear out and copy! I wasted like 35$ + on this and the month to month. Just go get the book it has what u need and more. :(

Disappointed.
The description did not pointed a very important part which is that it only has 5 pages.Very much not worth it.Its not even a booklet (obviously) or anything like that. Just 5 loose sheets. Regular printing paper as well.
