The transformer is a very good value. It came well packaged, however the two of the four mounts were slightly bent and the instruction label on the unit was abraded to a point that parts were illegible. Otherwise the item was in perfect shape. The heavy metal transformer works for my application very nicely. I have not yet verified the true output voltage and amperage, but after some use I have no reason to question that it means or exceeds specification. One observation about the unit that was pleasing is that it operates nicely even when using a variable voltage input to regulate the output. It came with separate page of instructions (both sides of paper in small print) for installing, wiring diagrams, and trouble shooting. All-in-all, I am very pleased with transformer and look forward to years of use from it.

Excellent neon sign transformer, exact replacement so it was an easy installation

Works for my SGTC tesla coil. I am using Terry filter and haven't had any issues with the transformers built in GFCI at all.
