For the US sizes it has the men & womens size to select in the same box. For example a woman’s size 8w (w=woman) is a man’s 6m (m = man). Therefore if you’re a woman size 8, you’d select the 8w/6m. The shoe itself, is unisex (for both genders). Hope this helps
