This was an absolutely disappointing purchase. I purchased 2 of these go karts costing over $2100 for my kids. One of the kids is 6 years old and the other is 7. These karts are the lowest quality imaginable and absolutely shoddy build.First of all when they arrived they were terribly packaged. It looked like manufacturer could care less for making sure it reached customer safely. Soon after within a week of usage you could see the plastics deteriorate and cracks appearing everywhere. The front bumper was the first and then the back side flaps started falling apart. All of this after very gentle and monitored use by young kids.I was willing to let go of all that but the worst thing was not that. It was that the front rims became defective within a week of usage and starting bending and wobbling. Now the kids that drove these are 6 and 7, barely over 60 pounds and we monitor them everytime they drive these karts. These were also driven in clean well paved parking lots so the fact that these karts started falling apart like is simply mind boggling. Paint is already extremely low quality and chips and I was willing to overlook that but paint is the least of this go karts worries.When I called Hover-1 their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their line was sorry but you are on your own since we don't provide warranty. Zero responsibility for their product. And this is coming from their official center and to someone who purchased over 2100 dollars worth of go karts. Unbelievable.I will never recommend these go karts to anyone due to extremely bad build quality and even worse customer service. Save yourself a few hundred and get something nicer that will last you considerably longer as well. I purchased two of these on June 14th 2022 and it has not even been a month since I have had them and they are falling apart after very gentle usage.Hover-1 and this product get a solid F in every department. I have also contacted BBB and launched a complaint there and no surprise, they are full of complaints for this company and DGL Group who own Hover-1. Lots of negative feedback. Trust those who have had these and pass.

It's a durable quick innovative piece of equipment. It's not for boring people.

This go-kart is amazing! It zooms at 15mph, rides for 15 miles and has s many features!Some of the features are:-Speed modes-Reverse-Air filled tires-Working horn-Working headlights-LCD ScreenSo much more!This go-kart overall, is worth your time and money! Do not hesitate! Drives fast, has great handling, and great brakes. The hover-1 go-kart is an excellent go-kart!Edit: The brakes stopped working after a month and we needed to return it. Beware of that. Also, The tires wore out pretty fast.

Do not waste your money! Biggest disappointment in any purchase I've made for years! Bought this for my kid's christmas gift. Not even a month later I've already had to replace the tires and the brake line has snapped but Hover-1 says there's nothing they can do. Chose the option to pay over a few months, but now I have all of the payments left to make and this thing is completely unusable. Safety of our kids is obviously not important to Hover-1. Will never purchase another item from this company. Absolutely horrible to their customers.

This was so cool for a few weeks until it literally fell apart before our eyes. One of the tires wore out within a 8-10 uses and the company was contacted and basically said there are no replacement options and just to Google the size of the tire and essentially good luck 😳🤯 it was like $800. We took a chance on this and we absolutely LOST 😢 Do not buy- we have 4 little girls who are debated by this giant flop of a Christmas gift.

I and the Grandkids love this thing! It is about the right power for our driveway and backyard. and the kids, for that matter. However, be aware that the pedals are unprotected by the front bumper.An unfortunate crash into something at the right height could damage these unprotected parts. For example, a very slow crash into the side of a Fox Body Mustang broke the back plastic part of the accelerator. I could put it back together, and with a crack, it still works perfectly. Even though we are still in business, it was very disappointing how quickly this unfortunate circumstance occurred. We have learned from the obvious mistake and cleared all obstacles when driving it now, but it would be better if the bumper covered more of the front parts than it does.

I have to say besides the Minor Scratches, It's Perfect, Already comes Built . No need for the struggles. Looking for days for a lower price Gokart and this is the one. Worth the price Recomend it..

Bought the hover-1 formula go kart as a christmas gift for a 14 year old. Worked well for a few days, but quickly noticed a faulty air valve on the back tire. No way to remove anything, no spare parts available online, nothing mentioned in the manual. Customer service does not pick up the phone, I've been getting a "we're too busy, try online" message for weeks. No answer to emails, other than a threat that a ticket will get cancelled if they are emalied multiple time. Again, no answer for weeks. Do not buy from this company. I'm attempting my own fix at this point, but nothing's worked and we've wasted $800 dollars on this thing.
