This is a GREAT pan! Will be buying the bigger size too. Did loads of research before I made this purchase and I'm really happy with it

A stainless steel pan - YOU WILL NEED TO SEASON IT FIRST!
Absolutely brilliant. This is exactly what I wanted. The base is solid; perfect for cooking on any surface (induction, ceramic or gas).For those who don't have a clue, you really need to SEASON THE PAN BEFORE USING IT. Seasoning is a simple process:1. Make sure you pan has been washed thoroughly.2. Put the pan on the highest heat and let it warm through a bit.3. Drop a teaspoon full of oil in the middle then rub it round with some kitchen roll so the surface is evenly coated.4. Heat the oil until it turns slightly yellow.5. Remove from the heat - you're done.You may need to do this if you decide to thoroughly clean your pan again. I would recommend just running it under hot water and giving it a hearty rub down with a cloth. Try not to remove the proofing you've applied.For those who decide to cook from without seasoning: DON'T!

I love this pan
Well, the pan is huge, heats evenly, has a nice simple handle, and is safe for the dishwasher. This pan is absolutely great for cooking on a gas flame.The stainless steel surface is ready for cooking when you preheat the pan and then swirl around some oil.The only things I could say against it are the sides are a little shallow for sauteeing, the handle is a bit rounded and therefore doesn't give maximum leverage/control when tipping food out to the side, and note that it does not come with a lid.

Don’t recommend it
Disappointed – Everything Sticks!I bought this pan expecting a non-stick experience, but everything sticks no matter what I do. Even with oil, food burns and becomes impossible to clean. Total waste of money. Would not recommend!
