Can't go without it as a hearing impaired sleeper, great, will buy it again. Very grating vibrating pad. Lots of great functions, dimmer button for digits.

The alarm volume can be preset , and start off low before increasing in volume.Setting the time and alarms is as easy as 1, 2, 3. It also has a backup battery in case of power failure. We can also charge our mobile phone using the charging port- Bonus!!The best thing about this clock, is it does not 'tick tock', we can also look at the time without picking up our phone!! This means we are likely to go back to sleep instantly, where as sometimes notifications/ string light on our phones, cause us to wake up. It looks very stylish and modern. Well with the money I spent if you ask me. 10/10. A+++

Great alarm clock. the vibrate pad is very strong wakes me up no problem this is a must for me being 95% deaf. I've give it four stars because I've had one before but the vibrate pad had a weak wire at the base of the pad it frayed and stopped working. otherwise a great clock.

Perfect alarm clock for heavy sleepers or people who are Hard of Hearing. Functions perfectly and is great value for money. The noise level can be altered which is perfect, it is the perfect little size for an average nightstand and the brightness can be altered if you struggle to sleep with/without light. This product has changed my mornings completely

Bought this in January. It's now April and it has failed. Sound alarm has randomly switched back on with no pillow vibration. Waking my other half rudely at stupid AM. I can't get it to go back. Haven't changed it since I got it. Started doing it last month and now is useless. I was dubious when I bought it as its base is flimsy and hitting snooze is difficult. Wobbly and overall poorly designed. Do not recommend.

Being fully transparent, until about a week ago, I would have given this five stars, easily. For two months, this was absolutely excellent - it's easy to set, I love that I can adjust the brightness, the shaker was tremendously effective at waking me, and I really like the top light. I actually found because of the range of colours and the comparative softness, it was helpful for me when I had the occasional migraine and couldn't deal with full light but didn't want to lie in the dark. USB points on the back are effective for charging the various items I've attached, including but not limited to my phone, a Bluetooth headset, and a battery-operated pair of heated gloves.That said, at the two-month mark, the wire connecting the shaker to the clock had split, revealing the copper wiring inside, and the shaker began working very intermittently. Since then, it has split off completely. As I exclusively used the bed shaker alarm due to my specific sleeping habits and hearing issues, this makes the product itself utterly useless to me.Overall, a tad disappointed; may be offering the clock to a family member who can use the sound-based part of the alarm assuming it continues working normally.
