New Perspective on Everything
Finally read the book after a week, and I must say (just like any other of Paul's books) this did not let me down. I've been working on keeping a positive mental attitude for most of my days, but I never could quite get it right. This book puts me in the right direction of maintaining a positive attitude in almost every aspect of my day.If you're a person struggling with the negative attitudes of the world (which, in turn, causes you to have a negative attitude) this is the book to read and live by. It helps you see the positive in everything!

Great book with a simple but life changing message
This is a short easy read. The author writes in an engaging and conversational way that makes this book a joy. The message is basic, in fact, it's so basic that many will miss the power of practicing what the author teaches. If you do nothing but read this book and take the time to ask the questions the author poses then honestly answer them, you will gain far more than the price you paid for admission.

Improve your Attitude and Mindset
Very direct and to the point. Packs valuable information in a short read. Each chapter has specific exercises and journaling questions to really integrate the value of what is being shared.

Good
This author was fortunate to grow up in a home that practiced PMA. Simple easy to use examples but this book just didn't "click" for me.

More like a glorified brochure than an actual helpful "book"
I'm surprised that Amazon would actually sell this: once you get through all the ads and pitches, it's only 35 pages of content. And that content, then, is autobiographically-heavy anecdotes about very basic principles with which you're no doubt already familiar. In short, with this book you're getting perpetuation of PMA jargon with overly-personal and not-very-dynamic autobiographical anecdotes - but I'd be surprised if this book could actually help someone.

Short Book to Help Improve Positive Thinking
How do you describe yourself in one word? It’s easier said than done, but this is one of the exercises author, Paul Brodie, uses to help the reader develop and improve a positive mindset. The author addresses nine additional ways to help us develop habits that can improve our positive thinking. We get wrapped up in such a busy world we tend to overcomplicate our lives. PMA Positive Mental Attitude: Ten Ways to Develop and Increase Your Positive Mindset helps get us back on track with the basics we know but have let slip. I enjoyed how the author brings his own life experiences into his writing.

Full of great tips for a happier life.
PMA is about developing and maintaining a positive mindset. It's a very important skill to have! This is a short read that's organized in bite-sized sections with questions for thought and/or journaling at the end of each chapter. An inspiring and motivational read.

Anything in hear is stuff I've already read by better authors. At least it was a quick read and easy to understand.
