I wouldn't wear it under a blouse. Sweater only unless you have a really thick shirt and not tight.

Yes--fully adjustable straps. This is actually the best-fitting, most comfortable, AND seriously the most beautiful bra I've ever owned, and I've owned hundreds. Even as an underwire bra--which I pretty much stopped wearing 20 years ago except for this one--it's extremely comfortable. I can't say enough good things about it.

No. Beautiful lace bra, very loose. It was a total miss for me.
