Window And MS Office Stopped Working And Asking for Activation Keys
I bought this laptop in september 2023 with installed MS Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 and Window 11 pro. From last 2-3 months, Windows has started asking activation key and MS Office as well asking for Activation. It is really disappointing when you are claiming in product heading and discription that you are providing windows and MS office. You should also provide activation key for further update. No one will buy if windows and ms office is installed just for 3 months. I request you to please provide immediate solution as I am totally stucked.

First of all they mentioned 4.33 hz processors speed in specs sheet but its just 1.70 hzThe screen is full of dust bubble in it have dead pixels in themLaptop is not in good condition at all the letter "i" of thik pad is scrapped out somehow and too many scratches i feel robbed 🤬

the touch pad was stuck and the hdmi port is not working
for all buying second hand getting the laptop repairs is impoossible with amazon , their tecnician called CALLED UP BEFORE THE TIME GIVEN TO THEM AND WHEN I COULD NOIT ATTEND THEY JUST CLOSED MY CALL. the pricing may be good but if repairs are to happen then its a very difficult task

Superb. Good battery life. i really appreciate the product. really nice as renewed laptop. feels like bought new laptop with window10 and Ms Office

The adapter (power) provided with the laptop was not working and was not replaced. hence the product had to be returned. quality check of the items being dispatched should be stringent.
