Its Great To Have
Well, it works great because I had a problem with the water going down the drain quick.After I used it, the water went down the drain faster.

Totally misleading
Advertised as 12/case. Only received one snake. Same complaint as several others. Price is twelve times what it would be for only one. Do not buy.

Disappointing All Around
States it's a 12 pack and only received one piece. Even after contacting Amazon and requesting a shipment of the remaining pieces, I still received only one piece in the follow up shipment. Also, the quality of the tool is significantly downgraded from the original Zip It tool that Cobra produced. I used this tool once and all the teeth broke off when extracting hair from the drain. Previously, I could use Zip It multiple times to clear drains.

The description to be purchased is a case of 12. Only received 1.

Misleading - You don't get 12 - You only get 1
Very misleading... description says 12/case, and "Included Components"=12, however I was sent only 1 item.

Did not work for any of my drains
This did not get anything out of my bathtub or bathroom sink drains. It's wide, so it wasn't able to reach down far enough. It also took various tries to pull out of the drain because the spikes get caught. Would not purchase again. Would probably go with a snake drain cleaner that has more of a circular shape than a rigid flat rectangular shape
