Not worth the money
These fell apart within hours of using them.

Very popular party favor
Toy is not sturdy. Definitely not for under 3.It is a great party favor as kids have races with them. Sticky hands get dirty after a day or two.Washing does not really help. Great fun for a party or Easter basket toy. My 22 yr old granddaughter and boyfriend love them.
