Q: I'm looking for a replacement for Hotel Chocolat. Is this a powder, or is it actual pieces of chocolate that will melt into milk when heated?

Yes, our hot chocolate mix is only made with real chocolate that we grind down to make the mix. We do not use cocoa powder. so our mix with melt with hot milk or other liquid is poured over it.

Q: This hot chocolate came in ice packs? Do I keep it in the fridge?

With our hot chocolate, there is no need to refrigerate them, room temperature is recommended. It is best that our products aren't exposed to high temperatures for long periods, so we pack them with ice packs during the summer when shipping them out.
