Not Brass, Not Perfect, Still looks good installed
These are not solid brass, but I'm not sure very many people will notice or be disturbed by this based on the price-point. The come with a "petina," essentially lower quality control that results in scrapes, pock marks and discoloration on each piece right out of the package. It doesn't bother me too much, I'll just chalk it up to "character" and be happy with how they look installed. If you're hoping for solid brass or perfection, look elsewhere. Teetered between a 4 and 3 star rating, they do deserve a 3.5.
