I’m very plain jane and picky when I order my proteins. This flavor is excellent, not too sweet and not too bland. Easy to digest and great for protein intake to meet your goals. Protein is always expensive, and you should never get the cheap stuff, but this larger size is a good price for quality.

Cookies and Cream. Blender Bottle acceptable, though way better in a Blender with Milk and a bit of Ice. Love this flavor. Hate the Vanilla. I'll use it for overnight oats occasionally. For overnight oats Whey is better.

Solid product, good quality, works and is consistent. Great price for the amount of product you get. It is easy on the stomach and adds to my goal of muscle building.

Hi there, I have question. And I don't know It's normal or not. I always mix Whey with fresh milk and this Casein too. But after I'm shaken, I feel It become thick look like yaourt. My whey Protein doesn't like that (I'm using another brand but I used your brand for Whey already, and It's not occurs like this). OK, It's thick (a little bit) after shaken, but with your casein, It's not blend together. It's like a precipitate, but It's not seperate.

Mixes well with 10 oz cold water. Decent thinknes and tastes good. Drank it right after my final meal 2 hours before bed. Good stuff, will buy more

The reviews I've seen for every brand of casein had me expecting a mouthful of chalky sludge, but nope. Just loaded up a 22oz blender bottle with the stuff, dropped in a couple scoops (yep this is more water than suggested on the directions,) and it went down almost as easily as whey.I did notice a slightly gritty texture, but nothing that'd put me off from drinking whatever I had prepared. Another upside of the extra water is that I could easily add some creatine and/or beta-alanine without worrying about anything falling out of solution.Flavor-wise, it's one of the better chocolate flavors I've encountered.If I had one gripe to give, it's that the scoop managed to find its way all the way down to the bottom of the container, so I had to reach into a bucket load of fluffy powder. Btw, 10/10 hand-feel. Not really sure if that'd be a reason to prefer a brand either, but there it is.

the quality and the ingredients of this shake is great. However, the taste and the consistency is terrible. it gets very lumpy when you use 2 recommended scoops of the shake.I have a high metabolism and tend to get hungry when I go to sleep. This shake has helped me to keep my stomach full without distrusting my sleep.If you can get over the taste and consistency of it, I'd recommend it as it's a very good casein protein shake.
