Yep, the fingerprint sensor of the Galaxy S20 FE 5G will still be fully functional when using the Defender Series case.

Q: A person said that the case is not raise lip all the way around to protect the screen is that true ?

On my phone, there is a very slight raised lip around the screen. The face of the screen has no protection, though, and I bought a stick-on glass screen protector that has been working great.
