Solid but large chin up bar
Solidly made chin up bar that is quite large. I planned to install at home, but decided it was too big for the space I had in mind. My office has a gym and was lacking a good chin up bar, so decided to try it there.I needed to install it in very old brick. Installation took about 1.25 hours on my own using the tools in the picture. It would have gone a little faster with a second set of hands. My package came with a set of screws/bolts and wall anchors, though it wasn’t clear what type of wall surface they were designed for. I decided to buy my own Tapcon screws (3/8” x 3”) which are designed for installation in masonry. These are very substantial screws, so as long as they stay in the wall, they definitely won’t shear in half. That being said, 3/8” size screws were a very tight fit with the predrilled holes in the brackets. I did use the washers that were included in the packet.Aside from the old adage of measure twice, cut once, be careful with running the bar through the holes in the bracket too many times. If you aren’t precise with pulling the bar through the hole, the finish on the bar can be scratched by the edges of the holes.

Solid & Strong bar with lots of room
Installed well. Lots of room to move on the bar. It sticks out from the wall 3 feet and is a wide bar. Solid and strong.

Solid Pull-up Bar
I am pleased with the quality of this pull-up bar. This is thick steel and really solid. The welding looks professionally done. I didn't expect it to be this good for this price. I mounted this into the studs, through the sheetrock, in my garage with the provided lag screws. Do not use the plastic anchors if you mount it this way. It was easy to install for me, but I have been a carpenter for 20 years. But it should be easy for anyone that has some skill. Overall pleased. If I have a complaint, it would be that the box was busted and this thing came with some scratches in the paint, but it isn't a big deal for me. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to add to their garage gym set-up. I like this versus a free standing rack because you can hang this higher for someone taller, like myself.

Solid pull-up bar. Buy different anchors if mounting to masonry.
Like the title says, I would not trust the plastic anchors provided if you plan to mount this to masonry/brick. I got some much better ones from the hardware store. So far so good in terms of use. I have it mounted outdoors and it only has a very small amount of rust so far despite having been rained on quite a bit.

Worth it!
I almost went with the rogue brand but am SO glad I got this. Can’t get to a conventional gym for a few months so getting the essentials at home and this bar has been a great addition. Easy to install with 2 people. Drilled right into the wall studs with the hardware provided and this thing is sturdy! I’m a female 5’7, 160 and it’s been great so far for strict strength work and conditioning like toes to bar. No complaints! Glad I saved the money and went with this option over the hyped brand name.

Solid, Easy & Quick
This thing is strong, I was a little worried because sometime you get what you pay for but in this case it turned out to be good! Alot of complaints about missing the bar and stuff like that, but they seem to have solved this issue as the bar was tied with wire to the other pieces so it wouldn't fall out.If you are decent with a level and have a stud finder this will be cake for you. It would be easier with 2 people though and make sure you check your measurements and alignment x2.I mounted mine like others on a 1"x4"x6", that worked out well and I feel much better about it being on the wall.Overall I was impressed and it should do well. I'll update if anything happens. 👌🙌

Worth your money.
The media could not be loaded. I really don’t know why everyone is complaining about the nicks and scratches. Most likely, the shipping process would be the cause of that. The best thing about this pull up bar is, it’s very easy to install! It’s sturdy and looks great all around. If I could I’d give it 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 I did because it’s worth your money. Great grip is great, not to much girth and not to thin. The bar itself is great for beginners as well as pro’s. Highly recommend this product.
