This a must buy if you want to carry your newborn in your lillebaby carrier. I have no idea why these don't come with the carrier.When my first child was born, these were out of stock. Lillebaby told me to switch to the narrow seat setting to carry our newborn without this cushion. This positioned him way too low for my comfort. So I used a rolled up towel for the first couple months.Bought this pillow for our second-born. Works really well. I wish it would attach with a button or zipper, so I wouldn't drop it occasionally while taking off the carrier.

Haven’t used yet. But it’s a great quality. The price was great. It is easy to put in the carrier and comfortable. Size it perfect. Looked just like the pictures. It will make my carrier adjustable for my newborn.

I love this pillow! My newborn couldn’t use the carrier without it. It fits perfectly inside the carrier. Easy to fit, stable, comfortable for babies legs and hip position! The only thing I WISH it had was Velcro or something to fully secure it - otherwise the flap is just tucked in! It won’t fall out or anything it’d just be easier to put baby In/on it if it did have something like that! But 10/10 I’d highly recommend!

Let me start by saying the lillebaby carrier is by far the most comfortable and ergonomic carrier I've tried. I love it. We used it for our now 5 yr old a lot, but we didn't acquire it until after she was well beyond newborn stage. We have a newborn now and I wanted to use this instead of our other carriers so I invested in this insert. It definitely works well and makes it very comfortable for my newborn. He cries when I try to put him in any other carrier, but not this one. I docked one star only because it's a big obnoxious to keep in place when getting the carrier on. The fabric piece doesn't extend below the belt so it's hard to pull it down into place. And you can't really hold it to your belly and then buckle the waist. So your forced to try to shove it into place after the waist is buckled and hope it's in the right spot. It'd be way easier and convenient if the fabric panel could Velcro to the inside of the waist belt to make it easier to put on and keep in place. When you take off the carrier, it tends to fall off onto the ground (maybe that's my own fault because I forget it's there before I unbuckle the belt). Overall it's great and seems comfortable but I think it could be improved slightly.

This ‘booster seat’ for the carrier elevates the infant’s position in the carrier so he/she is above mother’s chest and closer to her neck/heart. The flap of fabric tucks in at the waist to keep the pillow in position. It’s a simple but indispensable device for tiny newborns.

So glad I purchased this! I love how it keeps our daughter higher up and completely inside the carrier these first weeks of life. She is secure in the carrier with this. The only complaint I have is design- they have snaps for everything on this carrier but no snap to connect this?! It falls out quickly when removing the baby or the carrier from your body. This can be prepared for in advance of course, but keeping it all together would be a bonus!

I purchased the infant pillow. I was tired of rolling the blanket ( which is a great idea) for the fetal position of my carrier. The only problem was that when using the roll up method of the blanket I would place two blankets rolled up in order to have the baby sit higher in the carrier. Now .... fast forward to this amazing infant pillow. It is lightweight and easy to install into carrier. There is no need to carry extra blankets for a roll seat for my baby. This pillow adds the perfect height for my baby in the carrier and is by far a lot more comfortable the in the blanket tucked in the carrier belt as shown in instructions for the carrier. This seat has been a life changer for the way I carried my baby. I would definitely recommend.

Kind of ridiculous that this is not included in the almost 90$ baby carrier. But it does exactly as it needs and it was delivered fast
