Don't waste your money.
I've tried to use it in the dark, the light, and any other way I can think of and I can't tell it does anything other than shine a red light. Waste of time and money.

It shows some veins if they are big and dark
but on light blue small veins it does not show them as well

This is no more then a dollar store flash light it doesn't not help in any way
It's not what it is suppose to be you can't see any more with it then the light I purchased at the dollar store an I paid $1 an this light cost almost $15 very dis satisfied with it I guess we live an learn

Not good for a darker color people
It was not really what i expected.I felt as if it didn't work on brown and dark skin individuals as it did on white skin people.
