Recliner Chair only covered by limited warranty
I purchased this Chair in December 2021 , apart from a minor issue when assembling (the bolt was cross threaded) I was pleased with my purchased, then just 9 months on it has suffered a structure failure, that has rendered the Chair unsafe to use and not fit for purpose, so £319.99 wasted as I have been informed that it only has a 6 month warranty, nothing stated about warranty in description nor in the returns policy, to say I extremely disappointed is an understatement, think twice before you purchase this Chair AMAZON ASSURED ME A REFUND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HONOUR A REFUND AS I PURCHASED THE ITEM THROUGH THEM ONCE I RETURNED THE ITEM, NOW AFTER GIVING ME ASSURANCE THROUGH THE PROCESS THEY NOW TELL ME I'M NOT ENTITLED FOR A REFUND, I TRUST AMAZON BUT NEVER AGAIN, PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE THE SELLER OR AMAZON BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAULTY GOODS

A £80 chair for £180
This chair was bought as a replacement for an old broken chair, and to be fair it is comfortable once you move the comfort pads about. It is for use by others as I am in excess of 130kg, so the chair is not suitable for my use; I purely tested it out. That is part of the problem though; pads on non-adjustable elastic, I have already banged the back of my head when the upper pad had slipped down, revealing a hard plastic trim (it looks like the Green Lantern's mask in black). In a similar manner, the reclining function activation lever, works well with multiple positions for reclining, but the finish is awful. A hole cut in PU Leather with a paddle sticking through, no trim or finishing (see picture). This type of chair should take 15-20 minutes to assemble - 10 hex headed machine screws and 2 barrel clips. It took me an hour and 40 minutes...The encountered issues included:1. I had to clear every thread with a tap, as they were all blocked with paint.2. The clearance for the arm rest bracket is poor and when fitting the arm rests I had to work the material to prevent it bunching and being damaged under the head of the screws.3. The Allen Keys provided were unfinished, the ends of the long arm had sharps present which cut into my thumb pad during use. I really don't expect to have to do quality checks on provided tools!!! This isn't an issue if you have sets of hex-keys, but some may not and be reliant on the provided hex-keys.4. The chair back frame was twisted, making alignment of the pivot screws difficult, I ended up using my weight to correct the alignment of the second pivot pin. There are those who read reviews and will say just send it back; sorry the amount of effort that was invested in the thing - its staying! Will I purchase a HOMCOM product again - NO!!!

Comfy as hell but....
First I will say things that are not that good. I'm a quite strong guy and have big hands so in end I managed to build it myself. But I believe if u r not strong and don't have big hands then u will need someone to help u 100 percent. But.... one's chair is built is comfy as hell. Really good chair. I'm 17st /110 kg and no problems chair is well built. Good chair for relaxing or watching a movie. But I would no buy it for PC as I did :D

Do not buy from this Seller!
I'm writing this Review as a warning to anyone seeking to buy this item.So I bought the Chair and got it assembled, but after a while I try to return the chair. The initial reason for the return was that the Chair was causing me physical injury to sit on. The Seller then got in contact and only offered a partial refund of a criminally low 10% (so about £16, and actually violates Amazon's TOS). I get in touch with Amazon and we agree to try to send the Chair back. And this is where the fun begins.During disassembly, I notice that the handle head for the recliner lever is quite loose, and prone to flying off when the recline function is deactivated - and no, it's not a separate part of the instructions. The bigger and more problematic issue with the Chair however is two screws supporting the back. These screws are held in place with a couple of metal plugs. Metal plugs that cannot be removed. I try and remove them both by hand, and then with tools, but they do not shift.Basically once put together, the Chair cannot be taken apart.Amazon were informed repeatedly about this, but declined my A-to-Z claim. Twice. Even after explaining at length why the Chair couldn't be sent back and providing photographs, Amazon filed in the Seller's favour. So I lost a lot of money on a defective chair that can't be disassembled. Thanks Amazon. You're a pal.
