A little pricey, but excellent product
A little pricey for a timer, but I can't argue it's been amazing. The packaging was beautiful and very much reminiscent of an Apple product. Very clean, very simple, very sleek. I actually use the box to transport it between work and home. The clock itself is clean. There are no numbers on the front, just the dial and the status light (red for paused, purple for break). It goes back and forth taking away the color and then filling back up on breaks so its easy to keep track. It's really nice and almost peaceful. Classic alarms and numbers counting down make me anxious, but having a visual timer is so much better for me.It doesn't tick or anything. The beeps are very subtle and not shocking or disturbing. Even at the loudest setting it's still pretty quiet. In fact I've missed it a few times when wearing headphones in the office (where people were talking as well). It has two noise level settings but you can also turn the noise off.On the back is the screen where you can set how long you want the timer for. You can also set intervals and breaks, which makes it great for the pomodoro method. So you can say I want to do four 25 minute intervals with a five minute break and it will swap between them automatically. There's a button on top to quickly pause and play (or reset) as needed. You can also check your total time spent. The battery lasts a long time. I fully charged it a few days ago when I got it and I've been able to use it all week without having to recharge (I do turn it off when I'm done with work for the day). The color is nice, the design is clean, functionality is pretty versatile. I do feel like it's helping me stay focused better. It's also nice when someone comes over to talk, I can easily pause my session, which helps me keep track of my work time better, but is also a visual cue to them that they are interrupting. Used in conjunction with my pomodoro planner, this has really helped me be noticeably more productive and helped my mentality in general. I don't feel like the day is such a slog because it's broken into chunks instead of big long hours. Sometimes I even get annoyed that it's break time, but it's a good reminder to stand up and move around for a bit and give my eyes a break from the computer. This has probably been one of the best purchases I've made for myself. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling to stay focused or on task or if they just want to be more organized with their time.

Nice while it lasted lol
The tool was so effective for my work style, as a physical reminder to take breaks! It's elegant, simple, and beautiful. It is also completely made of plastic. Within a few months, my timer stopped making any sounds, regardless of the device's volume setting. There's not a good way of getting in touch with the manufacturer, and 90% of the device's utility is gone for me, as I no longer have a good sound cue to pull me out of working sessions. Very unfortunate. I'd save your money for an uglier, yet just as reliable, or more reliable, physical timer.

Literally Impossible To Set Up, Do Not Buy This
Even after watching several YouTube videos and reading the manual, this device cannot be set up. It's an almost intentionally confusing and bizarre interface that relies on unclear button presses with no way to know whether or not the commands work. A cute (albeit cheap feeling) product with a hideous, enraging interface. This should be maybe $5 for how janky the setup is, not $70. The designers should be ashamed of how poorly conceived this mess is. Please avoid this device at all costs.

Pretty but not so useful.
Elegant but very overpriced and ended up not being very useful. It's circular and looks like a clock, but it's really a progress bar. So your brain thinks it's a clock but the time remaining is not understandable in clock terms.A simple countdown timer works better. You look at a timer and it has 5 minutes left on it same as a clock.

End of my search for pomodoro timer
Finally, I can stop buying these timers. I've been looking for the right timer for my focus/rest intervals for years. Here's the comparison1. vs. Time TimerTime timer is dead simple. Everything manual, you don't think much, you just set the timer one at a time. Simple to operate, but easy to forget about it altogether. Minee makes you set your program. If you know how long your focus time lasts, you can preset that as a focus time, set the rest time and how many times you want to repeat the session. Then it drives you to flow in the program. This makes it even simpler than time timer and also encourages you finish the whole set (# of sessions you wanted to focus/rest). The visual indicator is the same as time timer but without the numbers and it's not just 60minutes. It's whatever mins you set being the 100%. I love this feature that my focus time is the full circle and it gives me visualization of how much of that has passed.2. vs. Hexagon TimerA complete digital timer with the gyroscope to use the pre-set timers. Easy to set the time. Not so easy to pause, sometimes gives me too many options. The best thing about this is that it's so easy to have the pre-set timer. 5, 10, 15, 25, 30 are just a flip of the timer on one side. Super easy and convenient. This complements the minee timer well. You needs to turn it back to set the mins using -, + buttons. For me, I wouldn't bother setting it up and just do it without the timer if it were 5-15 mins. Hexagon Timer helps me for these small time windows. But once it goes beyond 30 minutes, the biggest strength of this timer vanishes and you end up with the same thing as the timer on your phone. That's when Minee kicks in with longer more structured pomodoro style focus/rest time. It's not really for a quick sprint from time to time. It's for those days when you want to sit down and accomplish what you have planned. I had mine set with 45 mins focus, 15 mins break, 3 sessions. All in all, the pros are the visualization of "the duration I defined" and its programmability to customize my focus/rest and intervals. The cons are the lack of convenience when it comes to small time window.Plus, it's the best looking timer out there.

Not very intuitive
How do you even use this? No detailed manual to show how.
