the box when i received was sealed properly. and when i opened there is a very nice cursive hand written note that i find it very welcoming. and the packaging of the coffee is very chic...i really love it. i love coffee so much and very particular and picky and i must say i definitely recommend this 🤩

A coffee bag should included a vacuum valve to better preserve the freshness of the beans for a longer period of time. After opening the bag there is no way to push the air out till next use. See otter coffee roasteries for a better design.

I can be a bit of a coffee/espresso snob, but wanted to give these boutique beans a try. Delicious. I've used them both in my Jura superautomatic and in a french press, and both provide a robust shot with good crema, a little dark chocolate and hint of sweetness with seemingly low acidity. Would hold up in cappuccino/latte drinks as well.

The small batch family secret tradition of roasting gives this espresso a robust flavor and aroma. Smooth and not acidic. My favorite yet.
