This is far superior to most other brands I've come across. Although there are a few new ones I might try. But the deep rich green color means it's full of chlorophyll and that's what you want. I also have an intestinal condition and I've found this product does wonders for it. I take 4 or 5 pills with a meal. Often just 2 meals a day, usually breakfast and lunch but skip dinner. Space them out during the meal so you get maximum absorption. Due to my condition it's good if I avoid spicy or acidic foods but the chlorella help counter balance that so like if I eat a pizza I'll take more of them during the course of eating. It's been a great health enhancement for me. I love this product!

It's easy to take.I have used this product for 15 years.

This is a very good product (best of the best) that yields exceptional results. I've been taking it for many years. My only disappointment is that they stopped offering it in granule form.
