Great idea!
I work in a hospital and am constantly running around. This is a great notebook to keep with me to jot down any notes or items I need to follow up on. I would have given it 5 stars, but I think it needs to come with more than one pen and/or have a holder on the notebook somewhere. Pens seem to disappear on me, so I found myself trying to find the pen more than anything. I might tape a pocket on the inside of the notebook or tie a string to the binding to keep up with it.
