Q: Does these work for long board and mountain boards?

They would probably work. Most trucks are pretty standard. The 92a are not as stiff as you would think.

Q: Does this set come with pivot cups?

No, these do not...the picture shows the bushings/washers which is what you get & I've never seen them together.
