Product: Janvitha electric jack and wrench are very useful especially on highways. Anyone can easily open the wheel and lift the car very easily with the tools to change the wheel or fill the air. it has all the required attachment and can save time and money both.Quality of the product is very good, and you can feel the sturdiness of tools and attachment.Seller: Somehow, my jack did not work initially and i placed a request to repair or replace. Seller was very prompt and picked the item from my address not once but thrice and continued his support till i got satisfied. During the process of replacement, he was very humble and also sent me an additional cable. I am very thankful to the seller and planning to buy another set my another car.

product working good. but I am worried about the cable , if cable break or stop working then where to buy new cable because this product is nothing without cable. please guide us where to buy spare cable and spare parts.

I watched alot of videos on u tube before finally making the purchase. Very happy i did. It is everything they said it would be. I highly recommend this. If you are a woman and have never changed a flat tire before. You would be amazed of how easy and fast this thing works. I tried mine the first day i received it. I have a Creta It jacked up my car and i was able to remove the tire with ease with jack and impact wrench help.

The jack was not working hence contacted Amazon. Took a refund instead of replacement bcos of another major issue inherent with product. The product manual recommends to connect to battery instead of 12V socket for better safety. A connecter is also provided to hook on to battery terminals. But the length of 3.5 meters in not sufficient (as claimed on product page)to reach the diagonally rear tyre if connected to battery on my Xuv700. All models of product offerred has max cable length of 3.5 meters only. Atleast with a length of 4 meters, I would have bought this product with a replacement.

This a fantastic jack that helps one change car wheels in a breeze. The impact wrench in the box is also very effective to remove & install wheel nuts / bolts. The sockets need to be deeper. I have purchased my own sockets for 17 “& 19” sizes. Other than this, the units work very well. The cordless remote works great to control the lights plus up / down movement of the jack. The customer support reachability is excellent. I had a problem with the remote & I reached out for help. A gentleman by the name of Mr. Ajay contacted me & quickly helped replace the faulty remote. Quick and good service but need to work on product quality

The product is unique as it can be used both by connecting with the 12v car cigarette lighter port or by lithium batteries (2 pieces are provided in the box). Excellent build quality. You will get a remote specially for the jack. It takes some time (around 4minutes) to lift the car (depends on type of car). The box also got wrench (can be used either by wire or by battery). However like any other wrench this will not open a very tight nut. You have to lubricate the nut with spray (many solutions available) to open it. However it tightens the nut quite good.This product is a must buy for people who travel long distances. The product price is quite high just because the product is excellent.
