Ordered this to replace my old fan. Very tell built, plug and play works like a charm!

The media could not be loaded. I used this product for my fireplace. I had initially ordered a cheaper one. It was about half the price, but when I received it, I was very unimpressed by the amount of air that it moved. This one was about 80 bucks, which is double the price of the other one, but my goodness what a difference. This thing pumps out some air. It claims to be 165 CFM’s… I am an HVAC tech and it sure to me feels like it’s moving more air than that. All that wasted heat that was going out my chimney is now cooking us out of the living room. The same fireplace that barely heated the living room now roast the living room out and heats the entire upstairs of the house. I’m anxious to see the difference. It makes on my utility bill. Very impressed with this product! It is quiet, also, by the way. My only criticism is that its design makes it to where there’s only one option for installing it. Like I said, I am an HVAC tech, so I was able to rig up a sheet metal ductwork fitting that made it work. The average Joe may have trouble installing this Into a unit that’s not specifically made for it. Even still well worth the money.

This works great. The fireplace gets really hot. So I leave the blower on, 15 to 20 minutes, after turning the fireplace off. It's a bit loud so you may need to turn the TV up a little louder.

Original fan's bearings/bushings were getting increasingly noisier over the years, so being a mechanic, (and a super cheapskate), I removed, thoroughly cleaned & lubed then re-installed the unit hoping to squeeze a little more life out of it. Sadly, it only ran quietly for a couple of hours.Immediately ordered this replacement and could not be happier! Quietly blows heat into the living room like a hurricane when turned up, equally as quiet throughout its speed range.Highly recommended!

Installed easily enough but was disappointed with loudness and some strange noises from fan.

This fan replaces my old fan blower that stopped working. The fan heat output is great but it is very loud. The one we had before was not loud and the heat output was great. Sorry my old one died on me.

With all the YouTube videos available, this was a cinch to install. Even used some of the special tips (making sure to get the rubber feet on after slipping it between the opening. Sounded reasonable in the middle of the room, but oh what a noise when it was stuffed in place under the heat chamber! We'll probably use it only when the electric goes out and we're using the propane logs and the generator for emergency power. It's a distraction when trying to get the tv loud enough to hear over it and there's no calling the gas logs "ambience" with that racket going on. Hope they'll be reliable; won't know until we've used them more--during the next power outage.

It worked great in my fireplace. More I have great and a great blower fan
