Does what I need it to do - good design and easy to clean. A good range of sizes for different bakes

Managed to create a beautiful cake and cupcakes quickly thanks to these, the moulds are nice and flexible and as long as they've had a light dusting with icing sugar, the icing I used didn't stick and came out easily with the exception of the seahorses hence 4 stars not 5. There is a weak point on the thinnest part of the tail where it curves, 50% of them broke getting out of the mould. Of those that didn't break, all but 1 eventually snapped at the exact same point on the tail, 2 of them after I had already stuck them to the cake but luckily I was able to edible glue them so that nobody noticed. Overall though it was worth the hassle as they did look great, and had zero problems with any of the shells or the mermaid tail (which can easily be curved in the opposite direction before the icing hardens to create variety)

Im not sure how i planned to make shells and a mermaid tail out of fondant without a silicone mould but if i hadnt have bought this last minute my cake would look a lot worse 😂 So easy to use, detail is unreal! Some of the moulds are very small but would work perfect for cupcakes. Definitely recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I'm an absolutely novice in baking, but I managed to decorate my daughters birthday cake (only had 1 practise before this!), but the moulds made it doable. The only issue was the mermaid tail, took me a while to figure out how to get them to hold, the weight of the fin kept decapitating them! But by the end I figured adding a bit more fondant was helping, also probably could have used different stuff but I had no idea! Sprinkling them with icing sugar/cornflour helps pat them out easier. Letters were a bit more fiddly but still use able.

The mould were great used with a bit of cornflour, however they were smaller than I expected. The mermaid tail worked really well and the larger shells were ok but I couldn’t get the seahorse moulds to work, they were too small and fiddly and would be very time consuming if you needed a lot of them.

My little girl had asked me for a mermaid cake. I am no professional, but I did my best and she helped me with the chocolate molds and decorating the cake. She was delighted and so happy with our creation. I'm over the moon with these.I used a melted white chocolate bar and added a few drops of food colouring to different bowls. We mixed some on the tails where you can see two different colour tails. We tapped on the counter just before putting it into the fridge for an hour or 2.After that we carefully removed from the molds and kept in a container in the fridge for several days before we actually used them to decorate the cake.The only problem we encountered was removing the seahorses, they don't come out whole and always break. Maybe the seahorse mold would work better with foundant or other materials.
