Q: How are these with removing makeup, particularly mascara?

These are not intended for makeup removal or I don't think face. They are a larger wipe intended for cleanliness for people who have incontinence.

Q: Do they contain alcohol?

There is no alcohol . They are so very gentle on sensitive private parts on the body and are durable.

Q: So these can be used as bathing wipes post surgery? And these are no rinse?

Mom was provided these wipes in the rehab facility since she did not get a shower every day, just every other. These were great wash wipes, no rinse needed.
