Great DIY Dent Repair Kit
I recently picked up the AUTOPDR Paintless Dent Repair Kit, and I’m really impressed. As a dad who loves DIY projects, this kit is perfect for fixing dings on my truck, my wife’s car, and even the washing machine. The variety of tools makes it versatile, and the instructions are clear for beginners. It takes some patience, but the results are great. I’ve already saved more than it cost by avoiding a trip to the body shop. Overall, it’s a solid buy for anyone who likes keeping things in top shape without breaking the bank!

What a hassle but it actually worked
I wish I had taken a before and after picture but I'm sorry I didn't. I've had a small ding..more like very ugly and annoying to me dent at the top of my driver's side fender for like a year. I happened to see this kit in an Amazon flash sale, "yet another product I had no idea even existed or was sold on Amazon." I ordered it Monday, and was excited to receive Wednesday. Saturday morning I used most of my morning with this kit, it was the most annoying and frustrating product that I've ever purchased on Amazon by far. I had to repeat the process over and over. The key I figured is put a lot of glue on the little thing you stick on the vehicle. The glue is strongest also shortly sometime after its applied when it's a little warm to the touch, I put my finger on the glue that oozed out from behind the thing I stuck to the truck to see if it was a little cool......do not wait too long because it gets weaker the longer it stays on. I made this mistake the first few times I applied it and the thing just annoyingly popped off when the pull pressure was applied. In the end the ding..more like the dent it was, is not perfect but it looks 500% better and this was worth every cent. Removing the glue is a huge hassle both from the vehicle and the little puller things. If they included a glue removal product I'd give it 5 stars. Be prepared to be extremely annoyed and frustrated. Alcohol does not work well to remove this glue. The product does work though I'm really happy with the improvement on the vehicle it looks waaaaay better than before.

Great product
My car has several dents, which makes me feel unhappy. I have been looking for tools that can fix those dents easily. I know it if I go to a bodyshop for the dents, they will charge hundreds of dollars easily. So I tried this tool kit, which includes all the tools needed for repairing the dent, from small to big sizes. There are videos about how to use the tool kit, which is easy to follow. After a few practices, I fixed my car dents with it, which is very satisfying. I'm sure this tool kit will be useful for a long time. As you can't predict what will happen to your car. Love it!

Puller Are Good But The Hot Glue Gun Is Trash
I bought this to try to pull some dents out of a motorcycle gas tank. When I plugged the hot glue gun in the red LED came on then it let some nice smoke and the LED went out.As for the pullers, they work fine. It takes a little practice, and the glue takes longer than the instructions say it does to fully harden. Also, this doesn't really work if what you are pulling dents out has been sitting in the sun all day or the temperature is too high.

Excellent
Really easy to use. Tools worked great. My car had a small dent on the door and I tried this just to see if it works and it really does. It does take a little practice to get the right size and operate properly. The glue gun works nicely. Directions are easy to follow, and the bag keeps everything organized and uniform.

Works but barely
The set is difficult to use and does not work nearly as well as shown in the promotion.Good Points:1. The glue removes cleanly from the painted surface.2. There are a large number of sizes of attaching heads.3. There are printed directions. The problems:1. The instructions tell the user to use plenty of glue. Use too little and the puller pops off under load. Use too much and the glue peels off the car under load. Getting it right takes several tries.2. The set consumes a lot of glue.3. The glue needs a long time to harden on the car - Instructions say 2-3 minutes reality is more like 6 or seven.4. There are several pulling tools, a spanner bar and a squeeze type - they are too short and it is very hard to attach to a curved surface like a car.. The bar type needs longer lead screws or adjustable pad stand offs. The squeeze type needs at least another inch of column length.5. The instructions look like a comic book with very small pictures and a few words. Much more detail is needed.

Nice Kit
Excellent value for your money BUT, (there’s always a but) you must have much patience! Don’t for one minute think you are gonna remove that big dent or crease in you car’s fender or door just because you have this PDR kit. It CAN be done and IS being done but NOT ON YOUR FIST TRY! I have done paint and body work for the last 45 years and I had to rethink the way one removes dents for high strength steel panels (think very thin sheet metal) I removed some very small door dings in my 2017 Dodge Ram but it took over three hours and it’s still not perfect. Today, July 3rd, I decided to try my luck on some small dings on the wife’s 2020 Kia Sportage. I’m on my second hour and pretty frustrated because the sheet metal on Kia’s are EXTREMELY THIN. Right away I learned that one does not have to pull very hard at all to over pull the dent. Please note that most all new car bodies are made of VERY THIN sheet metal and it doesn’t take much effort to remove the dent. The fact is I WOULD NOT use the slide hammer on little dents. I just removed the T-handle part and pulled dents by hand. Check the photo. Please note that it takes several attempts to pull the panel back to its original shape. Again…excellent value for your money and this kit is highly recommended. If I were you I would watch some YouTube videos concerning PDR kits. There’s some good stuff out there I am sorry to say there’s some really bad videos out there as well. Look for the videos that the professional shops do.
