Love this product I wish PowerStep would make one with low arch this is neutral arch and a bit to high for me.But product it self is amazing quality and heel cup is super soft and comfortable.

I did not think these were worth the money and returned them. Not enough cushion or support for my flat feet and lower arches. Fit perfectly in my shoes.

These fit easily into dress shoes and feel like a normal shoe insole even on bare feet. They aren’t as high of an arch as I prefer, and no real metatarsal support. Wish they came in a high arch version.

Super uncomfortable. I had to take them off. Not worth the money.

Unlike in PowerStep's other models, here there's a curved, non-flat surface "below" the heel area. Presumably to help it do what it needs to do - fit in snug dress shoes.While this design choice is reasonable, it also means that you can't attach wedges in the bottom as securely (which personally I need); And I'm betting that the heel is less stable due to this fact too.But the product certainly delivers on its promise - it's simply a trade off, a question who's answer can change from person to person - is the upside (slimmer design) worth the downsides.
