Do these run small?

i usually wear a 7.5 or 8, or a 38, whats the correct size for me?

How good are these for ocr? im talking mud that tries to pull your shoe off. i have the king mt now and love the velcro strap to hold my shoe on.

Anyone have insight on how they compare to merrell trail glove 4s? also how are they for road running?
