Question 1

I am a female and I do a lot of weight training.  My wrists are very, very small.  Will these fit my needs?  Thanks

Hi there,

Yes these will fit smaller wrists but they may be a bit bulky since at 18" long they will wrap around your wrists quite a few times. Would I use the stiff or less stiff for kettlebell workouts?

Thank you for your interest in our product. Generally, the stiff ones are designed for heavy lifting where you don't want much if any flexibility in your wrists. The stiff ones will provide the best support however you will lose some comfort and mobility as a trade-off. If you need some mobility and movement the less stiff will likely work best. The less stiff ones still provide great support (just not as much as the others) for lifting and are great for less aggressive exercise. My only disclaimer is if you are needing extra support for protecting or healing of an injury in which case you may need to consider sacrificing on the mobility to further protect your wrists in which case I'd suggest the stiff ones.

What is the difference between Stiff and less Stiff? When do you recommend one over the other?

Hey RD thanks for the question. Our stiff wraps are designed for heavy lifting and for maximum support. They will feel quite rigid. If you are a more casual lifter and don't need max support than the less stiff will likely be your best option. Will these work for hiit like burpies, pushups and so on?

Hi David,

Thank you for your interest in our product. Yes, these definitely will help with HIIT training. If you are mostly doing bodyweight exercises then I would recommend the less stiff version of wrist wraps. The stiff version are usually only for people doing heavy lifting. The other time they may want to go with the stiff version is if they have a wrist injury and do not want to stress the injury otherwise the less stiff version should be the best choice.
