I used it to make donuts first, then I used it to make savory bread. Delicious 😋 everything bread, soft inside with crunchy top. 350 for 25 minutes.

I liked this bread mix. Wasn't so good as old fashioned donuts.

I couldnt copy and paste, but here is a breakdown of the instructions, not word for word.4 cups mix, or 1 pound, 1 cup water, 2 and ½ teaspoons of yeast ,Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, then add the doughnut mixBlend on low for 1 minute on low, then 10-12 minutes on medium,The dough should be 80 degrees, let it rise in the bowl for 45 minutes, an important step, the dough should smell a bit sour.Punch down the dough and roll it, cut into rings with a cookie cutter or doughnut cutter , put the rack on the cookie sheet, and place the rings on the rackProof rings for 15-30 minutes, let them rise, double in size, to make a proofer. Preheat your oven to warm, and place a cake pan of boiling water on the bottom of the oven, this will create a moist, warm place for the dough to rise.Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown, cool, then add icing or sugar, alternate fry at 375 until golden brown, makes 2 or 3 dozen

I bought this product for a donut cooker that I have but after reading the label when I received it; dough has to worked, given time to rise, use moist heat, allow to rise again, then cook for additional time. I could have done all this without buying this product. Buyer beware and do not buy until thoroughly reading the package. Also, not gluten free. Now, I am stuck with this product which is more like a task than an item.

Absolutely the smallest writing I have ever seen on an item. I don't normally write bad reviews but this is BAD.Horrible taste which appears to be sugar free and it's like a nasty pizza instead of a sweet donut as listed.It looks like you have to add yeast but can't be sure because of the tiny writing.Going in the trash.

I bought this mix because it was on the list of things people bought who also bought the Dash Mini Donut maker. The two do not work well together (the maker is best with batter, and the mix makes a roll-and-cut dough).The result was a lot like a bagel, or a dinner roll. They were warm and had good chewing texture, but they are not like the donuts I've become acquainted with in the US.

I paid alot of money for a bag of cake donut mix that turned out to be raised. They smell wonderful, but taste awful. I could make better with bread dough. Very dissapointed.
