You pull (or most likely roll) it down like you would underwear, do your business, and pull them back up. if you are warm or sweating in any way, i wish you luck as this will then become a workout and if using public bathrooms, i recommend using the handicap stall as you will need the extra room for the many different gyrations you will need to perform to get them back into place.

No, they are heavier than stockings. I've had mine over a year and they are holding up. I like how they smooth out lumps. 😉 I recommend hand washing.

Almost, just a little bit smaller.
