I bought two pairs of these pants and was gifted another pair. They fit and look great, but the overall quality is quite poor. I've had the stitching come apart at the tops of the pockets and just today I had the stitching come apart along the back of the pants - complete separating and causing the pants to come apart. I've also had the stitching come apart at the bottom of the pockets.I did end up sending the very first pair back and had reached out to Eddie Bauer directly. They gave me an address to send them to and I was never refunded that amount. After contacting Eddie Bauer again directly months later, they still don't understand what happened.Eddie Bauer was never a high quality brand in my opinion and the three pairs that I currently own reflect that - along with their customer service.They make it next to impossible to return these. I have gone through 3 pair of these. I don't work in an office 24/7, but am quite active with them/work. What should be expected, but they keep falling apart. And Amazon doesn't have an option of returning them at this point.

I own four pair of the women's version of these pants, have worn them everywhere, including all over Europe, for at least two years. When my husband needed an upgrade on his pants for everything except formal wear, I knew he needed the men's version. They fit well, have enough stretch to be comfortable all day long, look neat, and have pockets on the legs that are big enough to hold a cell phone comfortably. All that would qualify them for a five star rating. It's that AWFUL logo, in bright white, prominently displayed on the front of the leg that drops them down one full star, and honestly, I was tempted to drop it by two stars. I understand that Eddie Bauer is proud of their product, but really, that prominent logo is 100% obnoxious.

These pants are very cozy. I've purchased 5 pair at $70 a pop over the last 10 months.. however, the stitching on the hip and butt pockets has completely come undone from nothing more than cell phone and wallet use. I contacted Eddie Bauer fir support because they claim to have a warranty and they just turned me back to Amazon with little support .. It's too bad because I really do like these pants. But could not recommend them.. just to be clear. This review is after 10 months of use with 5 pairs used in an office/retail environment
