I love these gel sheets. They come individually wrapped in packages of 2. They have a soft felt side, and the sticky cooling gel side you put onto your forhead for fevers, migraines, headaches, etc.You can also place them on your neck, jaw, etc.I use them regularly for headaches, and they are a simple, non-perscription method if you like having a cold pack on your head but don't like something too cold (or forget to refreeze your cold pack which is what I usually do).Each gel sheet lasts between 15-30 minutes depending on how hot you are, and the ambient temperature of the room.They can be a bit slimy, and after having tried a few sellers, the brand/manufacturer does seem to change occasionally which can impact how "firm" the gel is and how much residue you end up with on your head. They do not melt, but you might want to give your head a wipe with a wet wipe after using one.

I absolutely love these. Price can’t be beaten, these are a dupe for the Frida cool pack & SO much cheaper. A MUST buy!!

It seems like this might be a great deal but for me it’s not. These patches are a different gel than what I was expecting, they are wet and a little gooey and they dry out quickly. They also leave residue and break my forehead out with little bumps, something that never happened with the name brand. They are a little cool at first but it doesn’t last long at all. Did not help with my headaches. Will not purchase again.

I was buying the "Name" Brand "Cooling Patches" at CVS for quite a bit more. These are not quite the same Quality, but still very good. I have constant Tension and Migraine Headaches all the time.Usually cut these in half and put it on the center of my forehead and they normally work like a charm. I have cut down on my Excedrin use quite a bit. So yes I would recommend that people who have had chronic Headaches all their lives at least give in a try. It works for me and even at night when I am tense and restless helps my forehead relax.

I was looking for these online because in stores there's only one brand and it's $6 for FOUR sheets. When you have migraines that's not a good deal by any means. So I tried these. They're ok. They really don't stick all that well and don't seem to be as cooling as the Be Kool brand I'm used to. But they will do the job and because I got so many I can just swap them out sooner if needed. I don't think I'd repurchase this brand but they will do for now. The little packaging is very cute too. They come in these blue packs and they have a little pig on them and they're just cute to look at lol. You get two per pack as well so if you're taking on the go one pack equals 2 sheets.

These patches are useful for a variety of things. Headaches, heat intolerance on hot days, hot flashes, and more! They stick on the skin and stay fairly well. I use them because I have severe heat intolerance and this makes the summer more tolerable. I’m so glad I found them!

These work great. My only issue that I've had with some is that they don't stick well.
