A lot to like!
Decently sturdy arched Fiberglass. 5 closure latches which is a good amount.Comes with some padding to customize fit. Seems to work with a wide range of mandolins. It's roomy and it's much easier to add padding and snug up a case than remove padding. Fit's a Collings MTO-2, and Nortfield NF5S, and a Girouard A5 all with tonegard.Points of contact are tailpiece and neck which I like. Keeps the top away from the bridge.Lighter than most cases and come in colors that won't collet heat in the sun like a black case. They look nice in my opinion.I have 2 now. I think they make a lot of cases obsolete. If you need a flight case, get a Calton or Hoffee for around $800. But for anything else these are really hard to beat!

Good value for money spent.
I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend and she loved it...I don't know much about musical instruments or their cases but this one looked like it fit the bill very nicely.

Robust standard mandolin case
A robust looking case… not put it too much to the test, but it feels sturdy and yet fairly lightweight. Lots of options for carrying - hand, shoulder, rucksack style. My only two criticisms are that it’s a bit tight at the next support for my Kentucky mandolin (but it does have a deep neck anyway)… a bit of a groove here would be better; and the metal edging is a bit sharp, potential for scratches if you are careless, but that’s why the fibreglass model costs more probably. It’s definitely only for standard size mandos, if you have one with a deeper body it’s not going to fit (eg Ozark 2001 style)

Size does matter
This is an inexpensive but good option for a mandolin gig bag. It is adequately padded and the external pockets, while not large enough for standard size music or books, are large enough for small things like a tuner, strap and a cleaning cloth (and maybe a sandwich).I bought this to use with an Ibanez M510OVSS mandolin, but never got the chance to because of a problem with that mandolin. Instead, I bought a Rogue RM-100A. I already had the gig bag so decided to use it for the Rogue, but it is one tight fit! I can zip the case closed, but barely. Since then I looked at the dimensions given for the case and those given for both the Ibanez and Rogue mandolins and see that this gig bag was not really designed for either mandolin. In fact, I doubt the Ibanez would have fit at all. I’m not sure what the bag is supposed to fit, but I would be sure to check out your mandolin size before ordering this case.Otherwise I don’t find any flaw with it. It is a gig bag, after all, and not meant for heavy duty protection. For carrying your mandolin to a local event, it works fine. You can use the backstraps or the handle. One thing I do appreciate is the loop at the top of the backstraps. It’s a handy place to grab the bag to pick it up. Overall I would recommend the bag for the price, with the caveat of checking for proper fit first.
