The chain keeps breaking

i recieved my chain today and its is very poor quality, the chain was broken when i recieved it. the box style had alread came apart where it meets the clasp. on the clasp it looks like a little piece of metal wire was bent in a circle to hold it on. on the pendant the keeper that holds it onto the chain was the same quality of wire bent in a circle that broke when trying to bend it back to keep it secure on the chain. very very poor quality. not worth the asking price.

Cheap. The price tells you what you're getting. Bottom broke off within 1st week of wearing it. Pinched the cross with pliers to keep it together going forward.

It looks exactly like shown on the picture. It feels pretty good when you wear it and looks nice on dark shirts. The material is great, it is not one of these cheesy necklaces that are rigid and easy.
