WORST OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM JACK SMALL ENGINES or MR. COOL! - The unit came never work as it’s supposed and I wasn’t able to reach any of these people for an answer or help!Would I recommend this product? NEVERWould I recommend this seller? NEVERIt doesn't achieve the temperatures advertised, when is cold it doesn't warm up the house and when is hot neither cools the house, so I dont know if it is defective or what is the issue with these unit, but it doesn't fulfill my needs for a 1500 sq ft house it should be more than enough! I have had 3 different certified technicians look at it and they say it's properly installed and it should work normally but unfortunately that's not the case! Pretty bad performance!

The precharge line set are the selling point. So there is vibration with the line set due to the anti kink spring wrapping the lines. Which is good really. The insulation for the 3/8 line is too big. Main complaint is the knock outs on the outdoor unit are non existent and connecting no8 wire is a bear it should be very easy like circuit breakers are.Speaking of I did order 5 kw aux heat, with this only the 220 line is required for the indoor unit for heat and blower. Thermostat wire must run from each unit to Thermostat. 8 conductors to the air handler in my experience. The unit requires ductwork and can be loud without it. I am still struggling to understand when my Thermostat is calling for aux heat. 😒All in all good jnit saved 10k vs pro installing name brand mini split. Also he said I'd run out of heat in very cold days. Time will tell but it's working nice so far.
