Does exactly what I needed it for, to water my plants during the very hot weather. Just place it where you need it and hook up to the hose. Saves standing there for hours and only getting the top 1/4 inch of the soil wet and does not waste so much water watering the leaves!.

Used a few times and it was very successful in doing the job it was designed for, just be careful in setting it up around the area so no kinks are allowed to form.

The soaker hose worked well for about a month and then developed a couple of splits along it's seams. It still works, after a fashion, but looks more like a water feature/ fountain.

Terrible product you should avoid. Very poor construction. Fitting leaked, holes haphazard at best and water did not spray uniformly from it. Split within a few uses rendering the product useless. Very cheaply made product and in this case you get what you pay for. I suggest you do not buy this hose. This is the first ever review I have made but thought it only fair to warn potential buyers!

These do the jobs and you don't need to leave them on for long.

Firstly this is not the typical porous type of hose, it's plastic and has very few holes, my husband had to put a load more in it in order to see any water. Secondly the fitting to attach to a tap/water butt is not universal, again we had to modify it with a jubilee clip and sharp knife in order to attach it to the water butt. Therefore I wouldn't recommend the item.

This product is awful. It had ZERO holes punched into it, so it is utterly useless. Cheap and nasty on every level. Promptly returned and have purchased a proper one. AVOID!
