It’s not the best or the worst but it’s a decent panama hat in this price range. Dimensionally this hat is nearly perfect. It has the best combination of brim size, peak height pinch shape. Etc. it just looks good.It has the correct Ecuador stamp inside the crown. It’s worth noting that all true Panama hats are made in Ecuador. Apparently these hats are made in Ecuador, but finished in Mexico. That’s OK too. The weave and stitching is decent, but not the highest quality.All in all, it’s a nice quality panama hat that looks sharp.

I wear this hat when visiting Mexico. The straw construction is super cool and the hat is feather light. I own three other Stetson hats and the quality and fit is perfect for me.

This is a VERY stiff weave; not like normal Panama hats. It will have a very hard feel. The look is not bad and quality is good, but not what is expected for the price. If this was in the 70-80 range it would be a good buy. You will most likely enjoy the hat but feel you paid a touch too much. At 100+ this is not a bargain. At 115-120 range you can get a much better and more "formable" hat with better quality. So, it's ok.

Love this hat. Seems hard to find a Panama that doesn't have a down-turned brim. I like this one a lot. Well made and half the cost of my similar hats.

One of my new favorite Panama hats.Well made, it says made in Mexico but the actual straw weave is made in Ecuador. So a genuine Panama. Great price for a classy hat.
