The Purr-fect Pads!
These pads are GREAT in every way imaginable! Although we aren't currently using them on any beds for human use, we are using them in our cat's litter box closet where our sweet old kitty occasionally fails to make it into her box to pee! The pads absorb massive amounts of her urine and have literally saved our carpet, at least in that particular area. Our darling cat is experiencing renal failure, so her kidneys don't always allow her to get where she needs to be in time to urinate. We first bought disposable pads that are sold in pet stores, however the sole purpose of those pads is to train animals "where to go," and the pads include pheromones that actually encourage the animals to eliminate on the paper. We don't want her to use the paper as her "go to" spot, so these human incontinence pads are the absolute ideal solution: for accidents only! They hold the liquid, as well as the odors, and the size is perfect for the space in her closet for us to attach it to the side edges of a small bathroom rug with clips. The small rug alone was never enough to serve the purpose, even with the rubber backing the urine went straight through to the plastic we placed under it to cover our carpet. At least 3 to 4 times a week, we were washing the rug, alternating it with another, changing out the plastic, and then, sometimes, we'd still have to clean the carpet where the urine dribbled off the plastic. It was a nightmare! and all of the humans in our house were living with the smell of cat urine in our nostrils, real or imagined. Now all we do is unclip the soiled pad, wad it up for the trash, and clip a fresh pad in its place which happens to be the perfect size to fit the the width of the bathroom rug; then we tuck one end of the pad covering the small rug under the litter box, and roll the other end up with the rug where it rests against the inside of the closet door and perfectly meets up with the bottom of the small cat access door (minus the flap). We never smell cat urine now and our lives are so much simpler! Thank you Medokare, for making such high quality absorbent pads that are also soft enough for our cat's tender paws and sturdy enough for us to sweep the stray litter off of when the pads do remain dry! These truly are the Purr-fect Pads!

Happy overall with these bed pads
The following was my initial review: Thin, small, does not stay in place (especially for a restless sleeper, which my husband is), The little "sticky" spots in the 4 corners are virtually useless. Sorry because I really wanted to be happy with this product. Now that I have used this product for several weeks I would like to correct some of my comments. Yes it is thin, yes it does not stay in place very well (which is why it gets 4 instead of 5 stars). But recently it has done what it says it will do: it traps urine without leaking through to the sheet/mattress. I did change the way I was placing the pad: now horizontally instead of vertically, and that seems to have helped. Plus I have also placed one pad between the fitted sheet and the mattress and have not had to replace it. Wish the company would find a way to add more adhesive for added stability and maybe offer a larger overall size. Would like to add that I have just reordered so I guess I'm happy now! (Note: I am not using this product as a puppy training tool - I am using it for my 79 year old husband who has advanced stage dementia!)

Great for dog pee pads!
So my dog is on prednisone long term and he has accidents pretty frequently on our kitchen floor. We got tired of sopping up pee with paper towels so decided to give these a try. I chose these over other brands because they have adhesive tabs that keep them in place. They work really well and absorb the urine wonderfully! The only down side is the sticky tabs stay stuck to the floor after taking up the pad and can be a pain to remove but that wouldn’t deter me from buying. I already ordered another box!

Safe and dry
These pads stay put when they are positioned and the adhesive is layed flat where you want it. They are absorbent and work very well at protecting sheets and furniture. We have 2 on my dad's recliner post surgery and they fit great. 1 is covering from the sides of each arm and the other covers from the front of the seat to about a fourth of the way up the back so he can recline and not worry about a possible accident.

Not for pet pee pads
My elderly cat now uses pee pads and at night he will often not move after he pees so his bottom half of his body gets pee soaked. I was looking for a product that would absorb and "wick away" the moisture so it doesn't get on him, but this did not work. Probably nothing will, sadly. It is a better product than pet pee pads in that it is much thicker and more quilted. I will keep it for myself as extra bed protection when I am on my period. Good product, just not what I needed for my pet. For him, I will stick with the pet pee pads at 1/8 the cost.

Not just for people!
I bought these bed pads while my dog was in palliative care. Being able to slip one of these pads between the padding and the cover along with an additional pad on the top of the bed with a towel over the top pad gave me a break from constant bed replacement. Nothing is worse than a smelly dog bed. In the months we were using these pads, I did not have to replace one bed compared to before when it was 1 -2 beds a week. Caregiving is hard enough. This product made my life much easier in a difficult situation.

Dependable and convenient
These are the perfect size to cover a chair seat cushion, a wheelchair seat, a car seat, or to use in the bed. They are rectangular, not too big, very absorbent, and can be fairly discreet when you tuck them in.
