Top Glides DELUXE Universal Knee Walker Pad Cover (Black)

What a world of difference a knee walker makes! For those of us of a certain age, crutches have their own issues. I did have a little trouble getting the twist and push to the left connection for the handlebar to come together. Perhaps some are a bit tighter than others, as others here have said it was a breeze. Once assembled, it has proven to be sturdy, smooth, and stable. I love that it comes with the basket! It's not too heavy, just over 20 pounds, so even with back issues, I can carefully get it into my minivan. My husband removed the passenger seat behind the driver's seat so I can get it in and then hop to the driver's seat. I'm tall, so I have it adjusted to maximum height but it still fits right into my minivan without having to release and tilt the handlebar! That's a huge bonus to me! And just to make it a little sweeter, my two year old granddaughter is delighted that Grammy has a "scooty bike" too! She has a pedal-less tricycle that she scoots around the house on. Now we scoot together, riding around the kitchen table, then the dining room table, then down the hallways in big circles. She wanted a basket like Grammy, so I punched some holes in a plastic container and tied it to her handlebars, and we both now have bicycle bells to ring to each other as we ride. I will be keeping this as my toy once I heal! I haven't moved this fast in years!

Originally, I was hesitant about this cover as my scooter has 2 separate pads, but the overall dimensions were identical to the pad cover. The pad works well. It has 2 velcro straps underneath that help keep it in place and feels soft on my knee.

It fit well. The padding could've been thicker. My knee hurt and needed more padding.

What I loved about this item is that it is pink.It also comes with additional padding on the cover .What I did not like was that after 1 hour my knee gets very sore from kneeling.it has nothing to do with the walker pad.It is a hazard of the injury, I can not remember when I would have spent this much time kneelingon a padded surface. Which is why it really hurts.The pad cover I purchased does make a remarkable difference than without it on seat.I would buy it again , but I truly hope I don't need too.

Arrived on time. Easy to put together, took 5 - 7 minutes. No tools required, but a socket or wrench is handy. Was a little shaky at first. I then used a socket to tighten down the seat post and main frame bolts and it was solid. Strongly advise getting a padded seat cover.

This pad fits perfectly, and makes the knee scooter so much more comfortable. A must-have for avoiding a sore knee.
